Metabolism Testing and Nutrition Counseling $85
Meet with a registered dietitian to discuss your nutrition goals and learn about your metabolism. The dietitian will measure your calorie-burning rate with a breath test, interpret your results, assess your eating habits and guide you in achieving your target weight.
Body Composition Analysis $13.50
Learn you body fat percentage through a simple test that includes measuring your upper arm.
Recipe Makeover $15
Bring in your favorite recipe and we’ll show you how to trim fat, sugar, salt and calories.
FitKidz Plus $89 for adult and child
You and your child (8 to 12 years old) can join this 8-weeek nutrition, behavorial and exercise program, led by a registered dietitian, social worker and fitness instructor. You’ll learn healthy food choices and fun physical activities for any fitness level.
Eat Well for Life $60 for a four-week program

Learn healthful food choices to help achieve a balanced lifestyle and long-term weight management. This includes a grocery tour.
LEARN (Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, Relationships, Nutrition) $195
This 12-week weight loss class is scientifically proven to help you lose 1 to 2 pounds per week. A registered dietitian will teach you the skills necessary to lose weight and keep it off in today's challenging environment. A exercise physiologist will give you a personalized exercise program. You'll also receive a pedometer and textbook, and go on a shopping tour.
Food Diary Analysis $22.50
Submit a 3-day food diary and get a detailed breakdown of your nutrition intake.
Nutrition Therapy for people with Diabetes or Kidney Disease
This nutrition program is for people with diabetes or non-dialysis kidney disease who have Medicare Part B. You’ll meet one-on-one with a registered dietitian who will help you plan your meals, count carbohydrates, give you shopping tips and teach you about food labels. You’ll focus on lowering your blood glucose and lipid levels through healthy eating habits. Physician referrals and appointments are required.
